Distilled from little yellow TORONTEL grapes’ wine, renders floral aromas, all cloaked in exquisite silky taste- The vineyard and distillery breathe the “terroire” of fertile desert soils at the Ica VALLEY, Perú. Made the “traditional” way, stressing aromas by brief maceration and low temperature fermentation. Distilled on a copper still (alambic). On the nose, a scent of herbs and yellow flowers along with a hint of damp wood. Round at the palate almost oily. Boasts a definite refined aroma and a full body, developing a delicious strength on the aftertaste. Much desired ny its loyal admirers as a starter. By itself a frozen shot with a twist of lemon. Excellent on desserts, ice-cream, escorted by chocolate truffles or as reading room mate. |
